Tushar Nagar is appointed General Manager of Hyatt Place Butwal.
Tushar Nagar has been appointed General Manager of the newly opened Hyatt Place Butwal. With a strong emphasis on guest happiness and operational excellence, Nagar will be in charge of all facets of hotel operations in his new position, including financial performance, stakeholder engagement, team leadership and strategic expansion projects. Nagar brings a strong foundation in food and beverage operations, team building and service quality from her more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality sector. He will use his broad professional experience working for India’s top premium and upmarket hotel companies to head the 109 room Hyatt Place Butwal. Nagar held important managerial and F&B leadership positions at a number of prestigious hotels before joining Hyatt Place Butwal, including JW Marriott Chandigarh, The Oberoi Amarvilas, Park Hyatt Chennai, Hyatt Regency Ludhiana, The Westin Pune Koregaon Park and most recently, Courtyard by Marriott Shillong.
His background includes both pre opening and established locations, giving him a well rounded, guest focused leadership style. “My focus is to build a culture where guests feel welcomed, teams feel empowered, and the hotel consistently delivers on the values Hyatt stands for,” Nagar stated in response to his appointment.
