Air India and Air India Express to Operate 58 West Asia Flights on March 11.
On March 11, 2026, Air India and Air India Express will jointly run 58 scheduled and unscheduled flights to and from the West Asian region.
On March 11, the two airlines will continue to run their planned flights to and from Jeddah and Muscat, with Air India Express running 14 scheduled flights to and from Muscat and a total of 8 flights to and from Jeddah.
One round-trip flight from Delhi and Mumbai to Jeddah will be operated by Air India on March 11, while one round-trip flight from Hyderabad and Kozhikode will be operated by Air India Express.
Additionally, Air India Express will run its regular flights to Muscat, including two round-trips from Kochi and one round-trip each from Delhi, Mumbai, Kannur, Thiruvananthapuram, and Tiruchirappalli.
A total of 36 ad hoc, non-scheduled flights to and from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) would be operated by Air India and Air India Express in addition to the scheduled services, contingent on slot availability and other current conditions at the respective point of departure at the time. The necessary authorisations from the appropriate Indian and local regulatory bodies are being used to operate these flights.
Between March 10 and 18, 2026, Air India will operate 78 more flights to and from Europe, the United States, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives in addition to all of its scheduled flights to and from North America, Europe, Australia, and other countries.
Travellers who are scheduled to travel on any of the routes where Air India Group’s scheduled services are temporarily suspended can choose to receive a full refund or conveniently rebook to a later date at no additional cost.
