In Mundra, Gujarat, ROHL signs a new 103-key property.
The signing of a new, high-end resort in Mundra, Gujarat, was announced by Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels Ltd. (ROHL). In order to support ROHL’s asset-light expansion strategy and bolster its position in important industrial and port locations around India, the planned Regenta Hotel, Mundra will be run under a hotel management agreement.
The facility is set to open by Q4 2027 and will have 103 luxurious keys. The hotel will have parking, a revitalising spa, a fully functional gym, a swimming pool, and a trademark all-day dining restaurant. With its Grand Ballroom and Junior Ballroom, the hotel hopes to become the area’s go-to location for social events and business meetings.
