Atmosphere Core Adds Crown Heritage Panjim, Goa, to India Portfolio.

In order to introduce Crown Heritage Panjim by Atmosphere Goa, Atmosphere Core and Vision Dempo Hospitality have signed a strategic alliance. The boutique hotel, which is scheduled to debut in Q1 2027, will be situated in Fontainhas, a UNESCO-listed cultural district in Panjim, just a short distance from the Mandovi River. Mopa and Dabolim airports are around an hour and forty minutes away, respectively.

The 34-key boutique facility, which is part of the Atmosphere Hotels and Resorts portfolio’s “By Atmosphere” sub-brand, will provide a customised visitor experience by skilfully fusing distinctive design with heritage charm. It features deluxe rooms and a rooftop suite.

With an all-day eating area, a café lounge, and a speciality rooftop resto-bar honouring Goan cuisine alongside international cuisines and a carefully chosen assortment of great wines and spirits, guests will have an amazing culinary experience. The wellness experience will be anchored by the renowned ELE|NA Ayur Spa, which has skilled therapists and peaceful treatment rooms. A fully furnished fitness center and a swimming pool with an outdoor terrace are among the extra amenities.
