NI Shoal Bay Joins NI Private Resorts.

In January 2027, NI Private Resorts announced the inauguration of its new worldwide flagship property, NI Shoal Bay. Situated on the northern coast of Anguilla, the 15-suite estate is part of the world’s first collection of luxury private resorts created just for one group at a time. It is part of −NI’s portfolio in the Dominican Republic, Thailand, and Sri Lanka.

NI Shoal Bay, a private resort that NI has spent more than ten years perfecting, is the most comprehensive representation of a concept to date. It is both larger than a typical villa and more intimate than a typical hotel. With a committed 1:1 staff-to-guest ratio, it provides multigenerational families, milestone celebrations, and corporate retreats with total, uninterrupted control over the whole guest experience.

Designed by AW under the direction of associate architects Reda Amalou and Stéphanie Ledoux, the resort is situated beside the Shoal Bay-Island Harbour Marine Park. The estate has large, flowing living areas that flow into central pools, outdoor terraces, and the natural surroundings of Shoal Bay. With 15 oceanfront rooms that can accommodate up to 30 guests and maximise personal privacy, including the iconic Shoal Bay Suite, twelve of the 15 suites are totally wheelchair accessible, making the estate ideal for family gatherings.
