ITC Hotels acquires Uttar Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh Fortune Hotels.
The 79-key Fortune Park Mantralayam in Andhra Pradesh is scheduled to open in the final quarter of FY 2026–2027, while the 60-key Fortune Park Saharanpur in Uttar Pradesh is scheduled to open in December 2026.
Two new properties under its upscale-to-midscale brand, Fortune Hotels, have been signed by ITC Hotels Limited. This represents a major step forward in the brand’s expansion into high-potential business and leisure sectors. The planned new hotels in Mantralayam, Andhra Pradesh, and Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, highlight Fortune Hotels’ strategic focus on rapidly expanding Tier II and Tier III destinations, particularly those with cultural and spiritual significance that draw high demand from tourists.
The brand’s national footprint is further strengthened by these acquisitions, which increase its visibility in commercial and pilgrimage centers and broaden the portfolio’s diversity.

Fortune Park Saharanpur, a brownfield project with 60 tastefully decorated rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, verdant lawns, adaptable function spaces, and contemporary guest facilities, is scheduled to open in December 2026 in Uttar Pradesh. The hotel will meet the increasing demand for branded lodging.
The first branded hotel in the well-known pilgrimage town of Mantralayam, Andhra Pradesh, will be Fortune Park Mantralayam. The latter quarter of FY 2026–2027 is when the property is expected to open. It will have 79 luxurious rooms that are intended to provide pilgrims, families, and tourists visiting the holy site with comfort and convenience. In addition to a variety of features intended to improve the visitor experience, the hotel will have an all-day dining restaurant and contemporary banqueting facilities. The goal of Fortune Park, Mantralayam is to improve the town’s hospitality scene by offering dependable, modern, and superior lodging.
