Cygnett adds 50-key Cozzet VICASA Gopalpur to Odisha.
Cozzet VICASA Gopalpur, a 50-room brownfield hotel that will open in March 2027 and is situated around 800 meters from Gopalpur Sea Beach, has signed with Cygnett Hotels & Resorts.
The signing is stated to be in line with Cygnett’s strategy of growing through asset-light management opportunities and brownfield conversions in high-potential Tier II, Tier III, and emerging micro-markets, which are bolstered by an increase in domestic travel and the demand for lodging with a professional brand.

The new Cozzet VICASA Gopalpur will have 50 guest rooms, including accommodations with views of the sea, 2,500 square feet of banquet and event space that can hold 180–200 people, and a rooftop restaurant that serves local specialities and international cuisine in a laid-back coastal setting.
With hotels at different phases of development and pre-opening in locations like Noida, Ayodhya, Amritsar, Jaipur, and Arunachal Pradesh, Cozzet by Cygnett presently has a development pipeline over 600 keys.
