IHCL opens 77-key Ginger Goa and Arpora.

Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has announced the opening of Ginger Goa, Arpora, further strengthening its presence in Goa’s hospitality market. Located in North Goa, the new property features 77 rooms designed around Ginger’s contemporary “lean luxe” approach, offering modern amenities, vibrant social spaces and convenient accommodation for leisure and business travellers.
The hotel offers a range of facilities aimed at enhancing the guest experience. Its signature all-day diner, Qmin, provides dining options for guests throughout the day, while the pool café and bar offers a relaxed setting for refreshments and leisure. The property also features banqueting facilities and outdoor lawn spaces, making it suitable for corporate meetings, conferences, social gatherings and celebrations.
According to Deepika Rao, Executive Vice President Select Service Business, IHCL, the opening strengthens the company’s presence in Goa while reflecting Ginger’s focus on contemporary design, social spaces and convenience for today’s travellers.
Ginger Goa, Arpora is positioned as a convenient base for visitors exploring North Goa. Guests can access several popular attractions, including the historic Fort Aguada, as well as Miramar and Sinquerim beaches. The nearby Anjuna Hillpoint also offers panoramic views of the surrounding area.
The opening adds another property to IHCL’s growing Ginger portfolio. As of June 2026, Ginger had 166 operating hotels and 96 hotels in its pipeline, making it one of IHCL’s key growth brands. The company has continued expanding the brand across established and emerging destinations in India.
With its combination of accommodation, dining, leisure and event facilities, Ginger Goa, Arpora expands IHCL’s select-service offering in Goa and adds further accommodation capacity to the popular North Goa market.
