Philippine Airlines to serve Delhi and Mumbai from December 2026.

Subject to Indian government clearance, Philippine Airlines (PAL) intends to begin nonstop flights from Manila to Delhi and Mumbai in December 2026. Filipino tourists will have easier access for business, pleasure, and cultural exploration thanks to the new routes, which will create direct flight linkages to two of India’s top commercial and cultural hubs.

“We look forward to welcoming more Indian travellers aboard Philippine Airlines and introducing them to the Philippines through our signature Filipino hospitality,” stated Richard Nuttall, President of Philippine Airlines. They will also have access to PAL’s larger network of destinations in Asia, North America, and Australia via Manila.

Under PR642, flights from Manila to Delhi will depart at 10:40 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and arrive at 3:00 AM on the following day. Every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, flights from Delhi to Manila will run as PR643, leaving at 8:15 AM and arriving at 5:00 PM.

Every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday at 10:40 PM, PR646 will depart Manila for Mumbai, arriving at 3:05 AM the following day. Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday, PR647 will leave Mumbai at 7:15 AM and reach Manila at 5:00 PM. Every time is local.

On both trips, PAL will fly its 168-seat Airbus A321neo, which has 156 Economy Class seats and 12 lie-flat Business Class seats. Along with drinks and in-flight entertainment, the full-service offering will feature Indian-inspired in-flight meals with vegetarian and Jain alternatives.

Travellers arriving from Delhi and Mumbai can connect to Cebu, Bacolod, Cagayan de Oro, Iloilo, and Davao in the Philippines via Manila. Los Angeles, Vancouver, Honolulu, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne, Tokyo Haneda, Hong Kong, and other overseas locations will also be available to them.

By enabling shipments from India to link effectively through Manila to the airline’s larger domestic and international cargo network, the services will also increase PAL’s cargo capacity.

Subject to the relevant entry conditions, Indian nationals visiting the Philippines for business or pleasure may enter the nation without a visa for a maximum of 14 days.
