Lords Hotels Reports Double-Digit Revenue Growth with 18 New Hotels in 2025.

Strong occupancy rates and higher average room revenues drove Lords Hotels & Resorts’ double-digit revenue growth across its portfolio in its year-end performance report for 2025, highlighting the company’s tenacity, strategic growth, and dedication to providing outstanding guest experiences.
With 18 new properties in emerging markets in 2025, including Bettiah, Bhopal, Chintpurni, Gir, Goa, Joshimath, Katra, Kota, Mandi, Nanded, Purulia, Rajkot, Sagara, Salangpur, Sanand, Shivamogga, Udaipur, and Chitwan (Nepal), the hotel is getting closer to its long-term goal of having 100 operational hotels by 2030.
Financial and operational highlights include a double-digit increase in topline performance, which was fuelled by strong F&B contributions and high RevPAR; streamlined procedures and technology adoption increased profitability while maintaining service excellence; creative service protocols and carefully chosen experiences raised satisfaction scores across properties; and eco-conscious initiatives, such as waste reduction programs and energy-efficient operations, strengthened the brand’s commitment to responsible hospitality.
Pushpendra Bansal, COO of the company said, “2025 has been a landmark year for Lords Hotels & Resorts. Our solid financial results are a testament to the hospitality industry’s tenacity as well as the confidence our partners and customers have in us. We are certain that this growth momentum will continue into 2026 and beyond with sustained expansion, sustainability-driven initiatives, and an emphasis on genuine guest experiences.”
Lords Hotels & Resorts is well-positioned to further solidify its standing as a top hospitality brand in India and developing international markets because to a strong pipeline of future openings, improved digital integration, and an increased emphasis on sustainability.
