IHCL signs Chhattisgarh’s 111-key Ginger Nava Raipur.

The signing of a Ginger in Nava Raipur, Chhattisgarh, was announced by Indian Hotels Company (IHCL). This project will be a brownfield.
In addition to offering roomy accommodations, the 111-key Ginger Nava Raipur will include Ginger’s famous all-day eating establishment, Qmin. The hotel will provide meeting spaces and a fitness center to fulfil the demands of both business and leisure tourists.
“The growth of India’s midscale segment is being shaped by the emergence of new economic and administrative centers that are creating sustained demand for branded hospitality offerings,” stated Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President Real Estate & Development at IHCL. With the help of planned urban development and cross-sector investment, Nava Raipur is gradually becoming a significant micro-market. Ginger Nava Raipur will serve a wide range of tourists as the city develops. It gives us great pleasure to collaborate with ECHT Ventures.
Vishal and Raja Kankaria of ECHT Ventures stated, “Partnering with IHCL marks an important milestone for this project. Ginger has established a significant national presence, and we are happy to work with IHCL to introduce the brand to the city.”
With this hotel, IHCL will have four hotels in Chhattisgarh, three of which are currently under construction.
