IHG Debuts Vignette Collection in Italy.

The property, which opened in collaboration with Pacini Group, is part of a global network that includes more than 34 Vignette Collection hotels spread across 17 countries.
With the opening of The Venice Times Hotel, Vignette Collection, in collaboration with Pacini Group, IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG) brings Vignette Collection to Italy. The 30-room resort, which is currently open and strategically located, is the newest addition to IHG’s first collection brand, highlighting the company’s dedication to expanding its portfolio in Italy while utilising Pacini Group’s proven experience and presence in the hospitality industry.
Manuzio Lounge, a haven inside the hotel for enjoying a beverage or cicchetti (a Venetian snack) in a peaceful, private environment with a secret garden created, is featured in the 30-key The Venice Times, Vignette Collection.
Emidio Pacini, CEO & Owner of Pacini Group, stated, “This project, which is our second property with IHG, exemplifies the common vision and mutual trust that have strengthened our partnership over time. At Pacini Group, we think that hospitality should establish a sincere bond with its recipient. By creating an immersive visitor experience where art, history, and local identity become an essential part of every stay, we aimed to commemorate Venice’s remarkable artistic and cultural legacy with The Venice Times. We are thrilled to begin this new chapter with IHG and to bring Vignette Collection to Italy through a property that truly embodies the spirit of Venice.”
Using a custom moveable-type kit in the lobby, the Venice Times Vignette Collection enables visitors to create art in keeping with the property’s heritage by creating personalised postcards that draw inspiration from Aldo Manuzio, a pioneering Italian Renaissance printer and former resident.
The Venice Times, Vignette Collection is one of more than 34 Vignette Collection hotels spread over 17 countries.
