In Jodhpur, Rajasthan, Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels Ltd. (ROHL) announced the signing of a new leisure property. In keeping with ROHL’s asset-light expansion strategy, the planned Regenta Hotel in Jodhpur will be run under a hotel management agreement, enhancing the company’s visibility in India’s culturally significant leisure areas.
Situated in Shatabdi Circle on New Pali Road, close to the Jodhpur High Court, the 200 key all-suite facility provides easy access to the city’s major business areas and historical sites. The hotel, which occupies 3,623 square meters, is being built as a leisure destination to serve tourists looking for more comfortable accommodations, longer stays, and immersive experiences in the Blue City.
With its large conference and banquet spaces, lobby bar, all-day dining restaurant and rooftop pool bar, the Regenta Hotel in Jodhpur will be positioned as a leading location for vacations, destination weddings, celebrations and high-end social and business gatherings.
The property, which is being developed in collaboration with Jodhana Real Home Private Limited & Shreeyukt, is ideal for leisure travellers, weddings, destination events, and upscale social gatherings because it will provide roomy suite accommodations, carefully chosen dining experiences, extensive banqueting and event spaces, and wellness-oriented amenities.
