Emirates increases its India operations and partially resumes services.

Following the partial restoration of regional airspace, Emirates has started to resume flight operations. It will do so on a limited schedule until it can fully resume regular network operations. The airline stated that while keeping safety and passenger care as its top objectives, it anticipates restoring 100% of its network in the upcoming days, subject to airspace availability and operational permissions.

As operations slowly restarted, the airline transported some 30,000 passengers out of Dubai the day before. Emirates intends to run 106 return flights per day to 83 locations by March 7, 2026, which will account for almost 60% of its global route network.

Emirates has expanded capacity on important routes in response to high demand in several markets. By March 7th, the airline will run 11 daily flights across five airports in the United Kingdom. In India, more capacity has also been added, and Emirates plans to increase its daily flight schedule to 22 flights, serving all nine Indian gateways.

During this time, Emirates maintains connectivity between the United Arab Emirates and the United States by continuing to operate flights to seven destinations.

Passengers should only go to the airport if they have a confirmed reservation, the airline said, adding that clients with earlier tickets will be given precedence. Emirates stated that it will continue to keep a careful eye on the developing scenario and modify operations as necessary.
