IHG indicators Himachal Pradesh’s 100-key Holiday Inn Mandi.

Along the Chandigarh–Manali corridor, the hotel hopes to meet the increasing need for business, leisure, and transportation.
Mac View Infrabiz Private Limited and IHG Hotels & Resorts have signed a management agreement for the construction of the Holiday Inn Mandi. The 100-key hotel will bolster IHG’s position in the state and enable its ongoing growth throughout North India’s high-potential commercial and transit hubs.
With 17 existing locations and 34 planned, Holiday Inn is gaining significant traction in India, demonstrating its importance in the country’s business, leisure, and developing travel markets.
Holiday Inn Mandi, which is ideally situated in Mandi along the Chandigarh–Manali corridor, is anticipated to profit from excellent connections between the National Capital Region and important Himachal Pradesh leisure areas. The hotel is ideally situated to accommodate a variety of business, leisure, and transit tourists. The hotel will have 100 luxurious rooms and suites, three food and beverage options, and adaptable event areas like a ballroom.
Sudeep Jain, Managing Director, South West Asia, IHG Hotels & Resorts stated, “We continue to see strong opportunities to expand our presence across emerging destinations in India, supported by improving infrastructure and growing travel demand. As we introduce internationally known brands to high-potential business and transit regions, the signing of Holiday Inn Mandi is a significant step in expanding our presence in Himachal Pradesh.”
Amit Bajaj, Director of Mac View Infrabiz Private Limited stated, “The city’s growing importance as a commercial, administrative, and transit hub presents a strong opportunity for quality branded hospitality. We are certain that Holiday Inn Mandi will consistently provide excellent experiences and become the go-to option for tourists visiting the area thanks to IHG’s worldwide experience and reputable brands.”
