Wyndham signs Goa and Udaipur resorts to launch Dolce brand in India.

Two new Dolce by Wyndham hotels in Goa and Udaipur have been signed by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, launching the brand in India and highlighting Wyndham’s ongoing growth in the high-end leisure industry. The Dolce by Wyndham Resort Goa and Dolce by Wyndham Resort Udaipur, which were developed by Fine Acers Group under Dinesh Yadav’s direction, are anticipated to open in 2030. Due to strong domestic travel growth and high-end accommodations, India’s tourism and hospitality industry is expected to reach around USD 60 billion by 2028.

About 200 rooms and suites will be available at the opulent Dolce by Wyndham Resort in Goa. In addition to restaurants and bars, the resort will have indoor and outdoor event spaces, a health spa, swimming pools, and a children’s play area.

The Dolce by Wyndham Resort Udaipur will have 250 rooms, a chic lobby lounge, trademark restaurants and all-day dining, conference spaces, banquet and lawn venues, a full-service spa and health club, and an outdoor pool.

With the successful opening of the Wyndham Grand and Wyndham Garden hotels in the city, Wyndham has now expanded regionally to include five properties in Udaipur.

With the signing of Dolce Goa and Dolce Udaipur, the Dolce brand enters the Indian market, where travel preferences are increasingly influenced by destination-led leisure, weddings, and meetings. Famous locations with timeless appeal, strong cultural ties, and a rising demand for experience-driven travel are Goa and Udaipur. “As we continue to expand Wyndham’s upscale presence in India, Dolce is a perfect fit because it is a brand that embraces its destination and unites people through thoughtful design, culinary depth, and spaces created for meaningful gatherings,” said Rahool Macarius, Market Managing Director Eurasia, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.

Dinesh Yadav, Principal, Fine Acers Group stated, “The signing of Dolce Resorts in Goa and Udaipur reflects our confidence in India’s premium leisure and wedding markets and reinforces our long-term commitment to developing iconic assets. Shared principles and a definite agreement on sustainable growth are the main reasons for our ongoing partnership with Wyndham. We are thrilled to continue our partnership with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts by working together on these esteemed projects. Dolce Goa and Dolce Udaipur will provide top-notch hospitality in two remarkable settings in response to India’s rising demand for upscale leisure and destination wedding destinations.”

Presently, Wyndham has a portfolio of 100 hotels in Bangladesh, India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka, including well-known brands like Howard Johnson by Wyndham, Wyndham Garden, and Ramada by Wyndham.
