VFS Global Opens New Visa Application Centre in Bhubaneswar.

In order to meet the increasing demand for visa services in Odisha and the neighbouring areas, VFS Global has announced the opening of a new Visa Application Center in Bhubaneswar. It is the company’s second Visa Application Center in eastern India.

In front of luminaries from the diplomatic community, including representatives from Austria, Italy, and Switzerland, Mohan Charan Majhi and Yummi Talwar, Chief Operating Officer-South Asia, VFS Global, jointly inaugurated the center.

Yummi Talwar, Chief Operating Officer for South Asia at VFS Global, and Mohan Charan Majhi, the Honourable Chief Minister of Odisha, jointly opened the center. Dignitaries from the Indian government and diplomatic community, including representatives from Austria, Italy, and Switzerland, also attended the occasion. Residents of Odisha who previously had to go to Kolkata to submit their visa applications will greatly benefit from the center, which represents a big step towards enhancing visa accessibility in the region.

It is anticipated that the new, cutting-edge facility will greatly increase the accessibility of visas for Odisha residents who previously had to travel to Kolkata to submit their applications. The center, which has about 3,000 square feet, is furnished with contemporary facilities intended to offer a relaxing and effective application experience.

The center will first handle visa applications for a number of countries, including the UK, Ireland, Austria, Estonia, Italy, Malta, Switzerland, Japan, Morocco, and Egypt. In the near future, it hopes to extend its services to more nations.
