Abu Dhabi adds two new modules to its e-learning program

Travel agencies may access a comprehensive range of online courses through the Experience Abu Dhabi Experts Platform, which has recently added new programs that include Ramadan and the Abu Dhabi Pass.

For its Experience Abu Dhabi Experts Platform, the Department of Culture and Tourism-Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) has introduced two new online courses. The purpose of the Official Abu Dhabi Pass and Ramadan in Abu Dhabi online modules is to give professionals in the travel trade the knowledge and resources they need to provide outstanding guest experiences and travel planning, further solidifying Abu Dhabi’s standing as a top year-round destination.

One of DCT Abu Dhabi’s most successful trade engagement programs, the e-learning portal is believed to offer experts in the travel trade business a wide range of destination-related information on the emirate. In order to give brokers the knowledge they need to market the area and its attractions, the new Abu Dhabi Pass and Ramadan material places a lot of emphasis on destination insights.

“These new modules reflect how the Experience Abu Dhabi Experts Platform continues to evolve and how we prioritise providing our partners with practical, hands-on tools that make a real difference to how they sell the destination,” stated Abdulla Yousuf, Director of International Operations at DCT Abu Dhabi. This expansion guarantees that the knowledge they acquire directly translates into stronger product design, more memorable experiences, and greater visitor satisfaction, whether it is assisting them in packaging the emirate’s top attractions through the Abu Dhabi Pass or providing them with the cultural insight to guide visitors respectfully during the holy month.

Through the course, agents will have a greater understanding of how the pass improves itinerary planning, simplifies the visiting experience, and adds value for their customer. Travel professionals are supposed to learn about one of the most important and motivating periods of the year in the emirate through the Ramadan in Abu Dhabi program.
