Crowne Plaza Resort in Sohna, Gurgaon NCR, is signed by IHG
In order to launch Crowne Plaza Resort Gurgaon Sohna near Palwal in the National Capital Region, IHG Hotels & Resorts and Harisons Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd. have signed a management agreement. The signing, which is slated to open in the first quarter of 2029, is yet another important turning point in IHG’s expansion throughout India.
When it opens, the property will have 150 modern, luxurious rooms as well as four unique eating options: a bar, an all-day dining restaurant, a speciality restaurant and a lobby lounge. In order to establish itself as a complete lifestyle and events destination, the hotel will also have large banquet and meeting rooms, a health club, a spa, a swimming pool, and indoor and outdoor recreational areas.

The Crown Plaza brand, which has more than 400 locations in gateway cities, airports, resorts, and suburban areas across the globe, provides considerate facilities and service. This acquisition reinforces IHG’s dedication to expanding its premium portfolio in high-potential regions and enhances the brand’s visibility throughout South West Asia.
Six Senses, InterContinental properties and Resorts, Crowne Plaza, voco Hotels, Holiday Inn Resort, and Holiday Inn Express are just a few of the six brands that IHG now operates 51 properties under in India. An additional 89 hotels are scheduled to open within the next three to five years.
