With the hiring of three general managers for its portfolio in Bhubaneswar, Chennai, and Pahalgam, Fortune Hotels, a part of the ITC Hotels Group, has bolstered its leadership team.

Fortune Park Sishmo in Bhubaneswar has named Priyabrata Baisya as its general manager. Priyabrata Baisya has been in the hospitality business for more than 22 years. She provides a wealth of operational knowledge, strategic leadership skills, and a strong emphasis on providing exceptional customer service.
Priyabrata will oversee all aspects of the property’s operations in his new position, with a focus on improving visitor satisfaction, bolstering teamwork, and promoting long-term company success.
She had top executive roles with brands such as Howard Johnson by Wyndham, Greenpark Hotels, The HHI Group, Ramada by Wyndham, and Sarovar Hotels before joining Fortune Hotels. She most recently oversaw the Ramada Encore by Wyndham Siliguri’s pre-opening phase as general manager, effectively guiding the hotel through operational stability.
Mahi Teja Yenumula was named Fortune Select OMR Chennai’s general manager.
With more than 14 years of experience, Mahi Teja Yenumula is a hospitality specialist with a solid background in service delivery, hotel operations, and business strategy.
He will be in charge of all operations at the Chennai location, with an emphasis on improving guest experiences, increasing operational effectiveness, and fortifying market presence.
He has held executive positions at Accor Hotels and Hyatt Hotels Corporation. He supervised both the operational and commercial verticals at the ibis Bangalore Hosur Road under Accor as Operations Manager before joining Fortune Hotels, where he increased revenue and performance.
Fortune Pahalgam has appointed Irfan Hussain Dar as its general manager.
Irfan Hussain Dar provides extensive experience in hotel management and people-centric leadership from his more than 16 years in the hospitality industry.
In his new role, Irfan will be in charge of managing all aspects of the property’s operations, with an emphasis on providing outstanding visitor experiences and enhancing the brand’s recognition in the area.
Throughout his career, he has held executive positions with well-known hospitality companies such as the Radisson Group, Marriott International, Taj Hotels, and The Lalit. The Kabo Luxury Hotel was his most recent employer, where he effectively oversaw daily operations and maintained excellent service standards in his role as general manager.
