In Guwahati, AIR iQ TFCL Season 9 comes to a triumphant conclusion with significant industry engagement.

With games played from February 12 to February 15, 2026, the ninth edition of the AIR iQ Travel Fraternity Cricket League (AIR iQ TFCL) 2026 came to a victorious conclusion in Guwahati. Ten teams from the travel and tourism industry participated in the competition, which was organised by the Tour Operator Association of Assam (TOAA).
The headline sponsor was AIR iQ, while the supporting sponsor was Udaan Hotels and Resorts. Additionally, Hyundai, IndiGo, and Thai Airways sponsored the event.
Through sport, the four-day league strengthened industry camaraderie by bringing together stakeholders from the travel, tourism, aviation, and hospitality industries. Members from all throughout Northeast and East India enthusiastically participated in the fiercely contested bouts.
Ajay Kumar Wadhawan, Executive Director, AIR iQ, Dipak Giri, East India Head, Subhajit Gope, North East India Sales Manager, and Sanjay Sarma attended the award distribution ceremony.
In several categories, such as Team with the Maximum Average Runs, Best Player of the Tournament, and Player with the Maximum Sixes, AIR iQ offered cash awards ranging from INR 10,000 to INR 15,000. A two-night stay for a couple at any of the 24 affiliated hotels and resorts of AIR iQ, which are situated in Siliguri, Darjeeling, Kalimpong, Gangtok, Pelling, and Louchung, was also given to the award winners
Travel and tourism industry associations expressed gratitude to Udaan Hotels and Resorts and AIR iQ for their support of the program. Speaking to the crowd, Ajay Kumar Wadhawan praised the players for their performances during the event and thanked the organisers and participants for their hard work.
