Cygnett Hotels & Resorts signed a Jim Corbett, Uttarakhand Cozzet by Cygnett property. The 51-room hotel will have cottages. The relaxing, contemporary retreat is inspired by nature to enhance Jim Corbett’s wilderness experience.
Also, a 3000 sq. ft. banquet hall for parties and events. This hotel offers exquisite hospitality and diverse space for off-site corporate events, conferences, meetings, and team engagements.
On the agreement, Cygnett Hotels & Resorts Founder & Managing Director Sarbendra Sarkar remarked, “Jim Corbett is an established leisure market with strong year-round recognition and a steadily widening domestic traveller base. We have the chance to deliver reliable, value-led hospitality to high-potential destinations without compromising the tourist experience. This property is ideal for that strategy due to its proximity to the safari entrance and natural setting.”
The company has 600 keys under construction and pre-opening in Noida, Ayodhya, Amritsar, Jaipur, and Arunachal Pradesh, among other locations. The second Jim Corbett deal strengthens Cozzet’s footprint in India’s booming leisure and regional travel markets. The company plans to have over 100 hotels and 10,000 keys by 2030 as it expands across India and South Asia.
