Aditi Madhok-Naarden joins TBO as Global Chief Human Resources Officer.

Leading B2B travel distribution and technology platform TBO Tek Limited has announced that Aditi Madhok-Naarden has been named Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) with effect from February 23, 2026, at its main subsidiary, Tek Travels DMCC, UAE. As TBO expands internationally, she will spearhead the company’s worldwide people strategy in her new position.
With more than 20 years of global HR leadership experience in the FMCG, financial services, technology, and food and beverage industries, Aditi joins TBO. At internationally renowned companies such as Lloyds Banking Group, Tate & Lyle, The Body Shop International, MasterCard, Deutsche Bank, Prudential, IBM, and Infosys, she has held senior people leadership positions. She has led extensive transformation programs, advanced agendas for equity, diversity, and inclusion, and created world-class people organisations in Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East & Africa, and the Americas.
Aditi, a British Chevening Scholar with an MSc in Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science, is a skilled coach and mentor. She was named a finalist for the HRM Awards’ “Best Workplace Culture & Engagement” category and received an award for Change Management from “Human Resources” magazine. Aditi frequently speaks at important international HR conferences.
