Riyadh Air expands its network with six new Europe–Middle East routes.
The airline will start operating flights to London on July 1–June 10, Jeddah on June 14, Dubai on June 18, and Cairo on June 25. The start of flights to Manchester and Madrid is set for July 23 and July 17, respectively.
With six new routes scheduled to go online in seven weeks, Riyadh is bolstering its connectivity with important markets around Europe and the Middle East, giving visitors easier access to the Saudi capital amid rising demand for both business and pleasure travel.
With the addition of routes to London, Madrid, Manchester, Dubai, Cairo, and Jeddah, Riyadh Air is expanding its route network alongside more established carriers.
From July 1 to June 10, the airline will begin operating flights to London. On June 14, services to Jeddah will start, then to Dubai on June 18 and Cairo on June 25. Tickets are already available for flights to Madrid and Manchester, which are set to start on July 17 and July 23, respectively.
The expansion coincides with a more general phase of growth in Saudi Arabia and Riyadh. Along with an expanding schedule of international events, exhibitions, and athletic competitions, major developments like Diriyah, Qiddiya, and King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) are drawing tourists from all over the world and increasing demand for improved connectivity and simpler access to the capital.
New services to Madrid and Manchester strengthen Riyadh’s ties to Europe, while regional lines to Dubai and Cairo bolster two of the biggest travel routes in the Middle East. The additions taken as a whole demonstrate the growing significance of connection in promoting travel, commerce, and cross-cultural interaction.
