Cygnett Targets 100 Hotels with Wyndham Partnership.

With more than 4,000 operational and under-construction keys spread over more than 41 destinations in India, Cygnett Hotels & Resorts has reached a significant milestone in its expansion from a regional hospitality company to a national hotel management platform after 12 years of operation.
The company’s portfolio of 45 active hotels and resorts includes pilgrimage sites, business locations, leisure markets, and developing tourism centers. With brands like Cygnett Hotels, Cygnett Park, Cygnett Inn, Cozzet, Cygnett Resort/Retreat, and Anamore, its opulent Upper premium hospitality platform that caters to premium and experience travel, Cygnett currently operates across several segments.
With a strong pipeline of hotels and resorts anticipated to launch over the next 24 to 30 months, the company is accelerating its expansion as it moves into its next phase of growth. Pushkar, Jaipur, Kasauli-Kiarighat, Srinagar, Goa, Sonapur, Guwahati, Itanagar, Jim Corbett, Gurugram, Navi Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chail, Ujjain, Panvel, Murud, Tirupati, Vrindavan, Tawang, Motihari, Dhanbad, and Kharagpur are just a few of the high-growth locations with upcoming projects.
Cygnett’s strategic partnership with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has been a pivotal point in its expansion. Through this collaboration, Cygnett is gaining access to Wyndham Rewards, a hotel loyalty program with over 122 million enrolled members worldwide, as well as global distribution capabilities and foreign sales reach.
Additionally, the partnership is changing the company’s brand architecture. In addition to Anamore and Anamore Select under Registry Collection Hotels by Wyndham and La Quinta by Wyndham, all future hotels and resorts under development are intended to operate under Wyndham-affiliated brands, such as Cygnett HotelsTM, Cygnett ParkTM, Cygnett InnTM, and CozzetTM under Trademark Collection by Wyndham. It is anticipated that the action will expand distribution, greatly increase global visibility, and provide long-term value for investors and hotel owners.
Hotels in Jaipur, Itanagar, Tezpur, Dibrugarh, Bongaigaon, Bhubaneswar, and Ayodhya are among the Cygnett properties that have already been incorporated into the Trademark Collection by Wyndham portfolio, allowing them to take advantage of Wyndham’s global reservation ecosystem while maintaining their local identity.
Sarbendra Sarkar, founder and managing director of Cygnett Hotels & Resorts, commented on the milestone, saying, “When we started Cygnett twelve years ago, we were convinced that emerging cities and untapped destinations would increasingly be shaped by India’s hospitality growth story. Our strategy was based on taking part in this change long before it became a trend in the industry, and the Northeast, pilgrimage centers, and regional markets offered enormous opportunity.”
“As we enter the next phase of growth, our focus is on creating a globally connected hospitality platform rooted in regional India. We are well-positioned to take advantage of the changing travel industry and generate long-term value for our stakeholders thanks to our collaboration with Wyndham, growing portfolio of brands, and robust development pipeline,” he continued.
By 2030, the company hopes to have more than 100 hotels and 10,000 keys, further solidifying its goal of taking the lead in influencing the future of hospitality in South Asia and India.
