Royal Orchid Hotels adds two important hires to its leadership team.
To further accelerate growth and long-term value generation for the business, Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. (ROHL) has appointed two important executives.
Gaurav Goyal has been named Senior Vice President Business Development by the organisation. Gaurav’s career includes leadership positions at Jaypee Residency, Taj Residency, Spree Hotels & Resorts, and most recently, Lemon Tree Hotels, where he served as Assistant Vice President Business Development. Gaurav has over 22 years of extensive experience in hospitality business development, strategy, and expansion.
With an emphasis on portfolio growth, strategic alliances, management contracts, and long-term value generation in both established and growing markets, Goyal will lead ROHL’s expansion plan in his new position. His hiring is consistent with ROHL’s brand-led, asset-light expansion approach.
As Vice President Operations (North), Sunil Khera, who has a distinguished career spanning over 33 years, offers extensive experience in hotel operations, people first leadership, and execution excellence to the organisation. Prior to his most recent position as Area General Manager at Sarovar Hotels, he had senior leadership positions with well known hospitality brands such as Hotel President, Holiday Inn, and ITC Hotels.
Khera will oversee operations throughout ROHL’s northern portfolio in his new position, with a particular emphasis on talent development, performance optimisation, brand governance, and improving the guest experience. His selection demonstrates ROHL’s dedication to scalable expansion and operational stability.
