Centara commemorates the opening of its first property in Nepal.

In the midst of the mountains, The Centara Collection’s Himalayan Hideaway Resort Pokhara provides adventure, wellness, and cultural immersion.
With the official launch of Himalayan Hideaway Resort Pokhara, The Centara Collection, Centara Hotels & Resorts welcomes visitors to its first resort in Nepal and broadens the group’s global portfolio of unique locations.
The 42 roomy rooms, suites, and villas at Himalayan Hideaway Resort Pokhara range in size from 75 to 128 square meters. All of the suites and villas have separate living rooms, and the accommodations are thoughtfully furnished with calming wooden tones and traditional Nepali accents. Some of the accommodations include large balconies or private gardens. Flexibility for couples, families, and small groups is ensured with a varied mix of Deluxe Garden Terrace rooms, Skylight Suites, One Bedroom Villas, and One Bedroom Pool Villas, with extra beds available in each style of room.
While Chulo, the resort’s elegant Pan-Asian restaurant, features Nepalese, Indian, Chinese, and Thai elements, The Bistro serves foreign favourites with Nepalese food all day long. Set against stunning mountain vistas, the intimate Tea House celebrates local tea culture with freshly sourced brews and light snacks, while Summit, a chic cocktail and tapas restaurant, takes influence from the surrounding terrain. For visitors who want luxury and seclusion, in-room eating is also an option.
