FLY91 plans seven new destinations, launches daily Kochi–Agatti flights.
Reservations are now being accepted for FLY91′s daily nonstop flights between Kochi and Agatti in the Lakshadweep islands. The regional airline made the news as it gets ready to expand its network gradually by adding seven more stations over the course of the next ninety days.
The planned stations Kochi, Rajahmundry, Vijayawada, Hubballi, Dabolim, Nanded, and Indore represent a major advancement in FLY91’s expansion plan and its objective to improve regional air connectivity throughout India.
When the expansion is completed, FLY91’s network will have 15 stations, in keeping with the airline’s strategy of gradual growth. Six ATR 72-600 aircraft will service the extended network, and three more are expected to be inducted in the next 45 days. Higher frequencies and additional city pairings will be made possible by the incremental fleet increase while preserving operational dependability.
FLY91 expands its reach into southern India and improves access to the Lakshadweep islands with the launch of Kochi services. At the moment, the airline flies from Agatti to Manohar International Airport (MIA) in Goa.
Manoj Chacko, Managing Director and CEO of FLY91, stated, “The introduction of daily flights from Kochi to Agatti adds momentum to regional aviation in India.” Daily Kochi-Agatti services will start in early February, marking the start of the network extension. In addition to daily services on the Hubballi Hyderabad and Hubballi Bengaluru routes, there will be three daily flights between Rajahmundry Hyderabad and Vijayawada Hyderabad after this. The second phase of expansion would connect Indore to Jalgaon and Hyderabad, while subsequent phases will include flights from Nanded to South Goa and Bengaluru.
