Lana Ghawi Zananiri is named the Global Director of Sales and Marketing by JOALI.

A major turning point in JOALI’s continuous worldwide expansion and narrative journey across its portfolio of unique island locations has been reached with the announcement of Lana Ghawi Zananiri’s appointment as worldwide Director of Sales and Marketing.

Joining the Maldives-based lifestyle brand with a solid reputation in the Middle East, Zananiri brings more than ten years of experience in luxury hospitality, integrated marketing, communications, and business development. She has held senior multi-property and cluster leadership positions throughout her career, which have included managing intricate pre-openings, establishing brand positioning, launching international distribution plans, and assembling forward-thinking teams.

Acknowledged by Hotelier Middle East as one of the best marketing professionals in the area, Lana offers not only a strong performance history but also a leadership approach based on inclusivity, mentorship, and purpose. As a leader, she exemplifies JOALI’s commitment to elevating women’s voices and fostering an environment where they can flourish at all organisational levels.
