Supports FY26 goal of 1,000 new rooms and FY30 target of 12,000 keys.

Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited (MHRIL) has expanded its footprint along Maharashtra’s coastline with the signing of a new resort in Dapoli, close to the picturesque Murud Beach.

This inclusion is a component of the company’s FY26–FY30 plan, which aims to achieve an overall portfolio scale of 12,000 keys and over 10,000 keys under Club Mahindra. The company intends to advance toward its goal of becoming India’s leading player in leisure hospitality through a combination of new hires, greenfield ventures, and management contracts across popular tourist corridors.

The future Club Mahindra Dapoli Resort, which will be built on 13 acres, would have 110 keys and be opened gradually. 52 keys will be included in the first phase, which is scheduled to launch in Q1 FY27. The entire inventory is expected to open in Q2 FY27.

Manoj Bhat, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd stated, “Dapoli strengthens our western coast circuit and reflects our focus on adding high-quality inventory in high-demand destinations for India’s growing base of vacationing families. We intend to carefully increase our footprint, systematically grow our resort network, and keep creating the most reputable leisure hospitality brand in the nation.”
