Star Air Expands to 550 Weekly Flights and Adds Kolhapur–Belagavi Connectivity.

Star Air, the aviation division of Sanjay Ghodawat Group, has announced a significant network expansion with more frequencies and new destinations planned throughout India as part of its continued efforts to improve regional air connectivity. The airline will improve access to places like Kolhapur and Belagavi as part of this larger goal, further integrating them with its expanding network. These two cities work together to support regional development and improve connectivity throughout underprivileged areas, which is at the heart of Star Air’s mission.

In order to further connect North Karnataka and Central India with the country’s financial hub, the airline has started a daily direct service between Belagavi and Mumbai. In addition to essential connections to Kishangarh and Indore, Kolhapur’s connectivity is being upgraded with new and better flights to Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, and Mumbai.

In response to growing demand throughout its network, the airline is also expanding its weekly schedule from 455 to 550 flights this summer. The airline has carried about 3 million passengers since its founding and is still fulfilling its goal of “Connecting Real India.”
