Belarus allows Indian nationals to apply for e-visas.

As part of updated visa regulations approved by the Council of Ministers on September 14, Elarus has added India to the list of nations whose citizens are qualified to get an electronic visa (e-visa) for admission into the nation.
The Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs initiated the modifications, which are intended to streamline entrance processes and improve economic and people-to-people relations between Belarus and India.
The ministry claims that moving visa processes online will lower administrative barriers and facilitate business trips, B2B talks, and work pertaining to joint investment and trade projects.
Given that India is one of the biggest and most active marketplaces in the world, the Belarusian government views the provision of e-visas for Indian nationals as a step toward increasing bilateral business collaboration.
Plans to launch direct flights between Minsk and Mumbai and Goa are anticipated to supplement the visa facilitation, thereby enhancing connectivity between the two nations.
Belarus has updated its more comprehensive visa policy in addition to expanding eligibility for e-visas. The government press office claims that the updated regulations include modifications to the list of supporting documents needed for entry visas and document formats, definitions and terminology clarification, and other changes that take into account changes in Belarusian law and current enforcement procedures.
