AbhiBus and Fleetx collaborate to introduce AI-driven bus safety solutions.
In order to implement cutting-edge video telematics and driver safety solutions throughout its bus operator network, AbhiBus (ixigo’s bus division) established a partnership with Fleetx, an AI-driven fleet intelligence platform.
Through this partnership, AbhiBus hopes to use Fleetx’s AI-powered technology to increase driver accountability, boost operational visibility, and strengthen passenger safety. Even when buses are stationary, the integration provides end-to-end visibility through live streaming, 24×7 recording, and multi-camera monitoring. AI-driven alerts enable prompt intervention by identifying hazards like driver weariness, distraction, and dangerous driving.
An additional layer of security is provided by the partnership’s AI-powered Control Tower, which supports proactive monitoring, allows for quicker issue resolution, and generates real-time notifications. The technology is intended to continuously enhance fleet performance and safety standards through driver behaviour analytics and historical data.
