Air India Express Expands in Madhya Pradesh.
Beginning on August 1, 2026, the airline will run one daily trip from Mumbai to Bhopal and two daily flights from Delhi to Bhopal.
Beginning on August 1, 2026, Air India Express will begin daily flights from Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh, to Delhi and Mumbai. With this expansion, the airline has increased the number of flights it operates in Madhya Pradesh to roughly 60 per week at its three main airports: Bhopal, Gwalior, and Indore.
The airline will run one daily trip from Mumbai to Bhopal and two daily flights from Delhi to Bhopal. Additionally, the new service will give visitors from Bhopal access to 16 domestic locations across Air India Express’ network, including Bagdogra, Goa, Guwahati, Jammu, Kerala, and Varanasi, as well as four international locations, Abu Dhabi, Dammam, Muscat, and Sharjah.
Additionally, the airline has started a new international route that connects Madhya Pradesh’s Indore airport to Abu Dhabi. Starting on July 15, there will be three weekly flights from Indore to Abu Dhabi on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Guwahati-Abu Dhabi, Guwahati-Dubai, and Navi Mumbai-Abu Dhabi are the three new international routes that Air India Express just announced. With a growing fleet of more than 100 aircraft, the airline conducts about 500 daily flights connecting 43 domestic and 16 international destinations.
