Fattal Hotels Group expands across Israel with new openings and renovations.

With a number of new hotel openings and significant renovations scheduled for 2025 and 2026, Fattal Hotels Group is quickening its expansion throughout Israel. The group’s expanding portfolio includes resort-style resorts, heritage restorations, and boutique urban hotels in Israel’s commercial, cultural, and coastal areas.

With 163 rooms and suites, Botanica has opened in Haifa. In the city of Tzfat, Canaan has made its premiere as a 119-room retreat focused on wellness and immersive travel. It has a restaurant, a lobby bar, conference facilities, a swimming pool, a rooftop terrace, a luxury spa and a wine bar. Supported by meeting rooms and conference halls, the facility features a spa with an indoor pool, jacuzzi, saunas, hammam, yoga room and workout facilities in addition to a restaurant, lobby bar and wine bar.

The Jaffa, a 120-room hotel in Jaffa, features an Italian restaurant, a cocktail bar, an outdoor pool, a spa, a fitness facility and boutique conference spaces. Rothschild 22, located along Rothschild Boulevard, offers 152 rooms and suites that provide a classy urban stay.

Bachar House is a 26-room boutique hotel located in a preserved 1922 building; Sam & Blondi, located on Shenkin Street, is housed in a restored 1930s building with 45 European-inspired rooms, a rooftop terrace with sunbeds and an outdoor hot tub, and a boutique spa; Bazaar, located in Jaffa, has opened with 104 rooms in a historic Bauhaus building that has a rooftop bar and a large lobby.

Originally built in 1925 on Nachalat Binyamin Street, Nordoy has reopened as a 26-room boutique hotel with a rooftop and a spa; Nucha has opened in Jerusalem with 87 rooms and suites, a restaurant, a fitness centre, and a rooftop pool with views of the Old City and Independence Garden; Reception Tel Aviv has added 75 rooms to Dizengoff Square, as well as a rooftop pool, laid-back patio areas, and the Yarzin Group’s “Bel Ami” restaurant.

Palatin, a 61-room luxury hotel with a lobby and lounge, restaurant, bar, spa, fitness centre and landscaped courtyard pool, is set to open in Tel Aviv.

The Yacht, a 327-room opulent waterfront hotel on a peninsula near Herzliya, is scheduled to open. The resort will have a spa, lobby bar, outdoor restaurant, parking facilities and two swimming pools, including one on the rooftop.

The Fattal Hotels Group is renovating all of its Leonardo-branded properties in addition to opening new locations. Over 140,000 square meters, Leonardo Negev in Be’er Sheva is being developed as a mixed-use project that combines commercial, residential, office, and hospitality elements.

Improvements at Leonardo Plaza Tiberias include the restaurant, event spaces, gym, spa, swimming pool, kids’ and teens’ club, and reception foyer. 46 new rooms have been added to Leonardo Plaza Haifa, together with updated public areas, conference spaces, a business lounge, a gym, a spa, a swimming pool, and a kids’ club.

About 30 extra rooms have been added to Leonardo Plaza City Tower in Ramat Gan by rearranging the suites. The lobby, conference rooms, gym, spa, and swimming pool have also been upgraded.
