Omnia Convention by Tivoli adds 112 rooms to meet wedding and MICE demand.

Omnia Convention by Tivoli in Gurugram has received extensive accommodation and event infrastructure upgrades from Tivoli Hospitality Group. The property features 152 rooms, four banquet venues, four lawns, two poolside venues, six Suites, and a second dining venue, up from 40 rooms and two.

In Badshahpur-Bhondsi, where large, integrated hospitality venues are scarce, the development meets rising wedding and MICE demand. Omnia can now host weddings, corporate gatherings, and multi-day programs in the catchment with more rooms, banquet formats, lawns, poolside places, and eating.

Akshay Gupta, Executive Director, Tivoli Hospitality Group, stated, “The Badshahpur-Bhondsi belt is developing rapidly, but large-scale venues that can combine accommodation, banqueting, lawns, poolside experiences and dining are still needed. This development fills that gap and increases capacity for wedding and MICE industry in Gurugram. The goal is to accommodate larger weddings, social events, conferences, business offsites, and residential MICE programs.”

The extension adds 106 300-square-foot Executive areas and six Suites with living areas. King and Twin rooms are available in 40 300-square-foot rooms.

Event space at Grand Ballroom II has an 11,000-square-foot indoor venue with a lawn for 400 people. Omnia Lumina Glass House accommodates 250 people in a 7,000-square-foot indoor venue with a lawn. Both sites accommodate weddings, social events, conferences, corporate events, networking, and cocktail parties.

Both the Grand Ballroom (GBR) and Not The Banquet (NTB) have 16,000 sq. ft. of indoor space and an adjoining lawn, with capacities from 300 to 1,500 guests.

Omnia currently has four banquet venues and four lawns, including two 12,000-square-foot lawns, allowing it more flexibility to host weddings, conferences, conventions, and corporate events. Glass House is modern and social, whereas Grand Ballroom II is larger.

“With two new banquet venues and four lawns, we can accommodate different wedding sizes, styles, and corporate events. Grand Ballroom II is larger, while Glass House is more social,”  Gupta said.

The hotel added Aqua by the Pool to Aria by the Pool, making two poolside venues. Aqua hosts corporate mixers, networking meetings, cocktails, and small pre-wedding parties.

Dining has increased with The Pavilion Coffee House, a 150+ capacity Indian, Asian, and international restaurant. It joins Emerald Restaurant, a 100-seat Indian, Chinese, Italian, and Japanese restaurant.
