Radisson and BNW Developments partner to launch Radisson’s RAK Central.

The first Radisson Blu Hotel and Radisson Blu Residences in RAK Central were unveiled by BNW Developments, a private developer in Ras Al Khaimah, in collaboration with the Radisson Hotel Group, setting the stage for a historic occasion. The unveiling, which was attended by notable real estate and hospitality partners and led by top leadership from both organisations, set a daring new standard for branded hospitality and upscale urban living in the emirate. Over 8,000 people attended the event, including prominent figures in the real estate sector.

With a portfolio that includes over ten major projects in Ras Al Khaimah, BNW Developments has strengthened its presence in the northern emirate and demonstrated its long-term dedication to influencing destination-led growth and providing investors, partners, and locals with lasting value.

The 361-key Radisson Blu Hotel in RAK Central is intended for both business and pleasure guests. Five dining options, a rooftop terrace and pool bar, meeting and event rooms, a spa and gym, a Business Class lounge, a kids’ club and more will all be available at the hotel.

There will be 222 branded condos next to the Radisson Blu condos in RAK Central. In addition to taking use of operational advantages and food and beverage synergies throughout the larger development, the hotel will provide specialised hotel-delivered services, guaranteeing a smooth, globally uniform experience.
