Sarovar expands its presence in India by acquiring two properties in Mathura and Jaipur.
Skywings Sarovar Portico is a 70-key hotel in Mathura, and Golden Tulip Kukas is a 90-key facility in Jaipur.

By announcing the inauguration of Golden Tulip Kukas Jaipur and Skywings Sarovar Portico Mathura, Sarovar Hotels is bolstering its expansion plan in North India’s culturally significant and rapidly expanding leisure markets.
The group’s focus on destinations driven by leisure, spiritual tourism, weddings, and MICE demand is in line with the dual launch, which increases the group’s presence in Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. Sarovar Hotels’ present 150 hotels spread across 87 locations in Africa, Nepal, and India demonstrate its consistent and varied growth trajectory.
One of the 90-key properties in Jaipur is Golden Tulip Kukas. It is well-positioned to serve both business gatherings and destination weddings, as well as leisure travellers, with its all-day dining restaurant, spa, swimming pool, fitness center, and banqueting facilities for up to 600 guests.
The 70-key Skywings Sarovar Portico Mathura hotel has a banquet space that can hold up to 400 people, a fitness center, and an all-day eating restaurant. The resort is made to accommodate social gatherings, corporate needs in the area, and spiritual travellers.
Ajay K. Bakaya, Chairman, Sarovar Hotels & Director stated, “The addition of these two hotels reinforces our commitment to expanding in culturally rich destinations with sustainable growth drivers, Our goal is still to provide high-quality hospitality experiences that meet changing market demands even as we expand.”
Sarovar Hotels further solidifies its position in India’s mid-market and upscale hospitality segments with these openings, strengthening its well-balanced portfolio across gateway cities, pilgrimage sites, and up-and-coming leisure locations.
