The Leela launches Aujasya by The Leela Sampoorna and the Aujasya by The Leela Signature Ritual, two new manifestations of its holistic health concept, on World Health Day 2026, marking the beginning of the next phase of this journey.
In addition to Ghar Ka Khaana, a cosy homestyle dish served in a traditional tiffin, guests can select from carefully prepared meal plans, including Anti-Inflammatory, Detox, and High-Protein. Every menu is supposed to incorporate both modern nutritional science and ancient wisdom while staying adaptable and configurable to suit individual tastes and lifestyles.
“With Sampoorna, the goal was to go beyond the concept of “good eating” and instead develop a feeding system that adjusts to personal lifestyles.” Dr. Ankita Jalori, a nutritionist and program director at Aujasya by The Leela, stated that each menu is carefully crafted to support particular outcomes, such as energy, recovery, or balance, while utilising both traditional knowledge and contemporary nutritional science to improve how the body receives and responds to food.
The introduction of the Aujasya by The Leela Signature Ritual, a 90-minute spa experience that captures the spirit of the program through a smooth interaction of Shakti, Shanti, and Soumya, is also believed to compliment this.
