Veda Healing Retreat Opens in Sikkim.

The establishment of Veda Rehabilitation & Wellness’s newest wellness retreat in Sikkim has been announced. After Bengaluru, Delhi, and Mumbai, the center is Veda’s fourth stop.

Veda Sikkim is a small hideaway with just 11 all-suite rooms, featuring a two-bedroom Royal Suite and nine luxury suites. In order to promote long-term lifestyle changes, each rehabilitation program integrates professional therapies with wellness techniques like yoga, meditation, sound healing, art therapy, and movement-based sessions.

In addition, visitors can engage with monks from the adjacent Rumtek Monastery to learn about mindful living, go on guided walks in the mornings, perform Tai Chi with a visiting expert, and savour meals made with organic, locally sourced, fresh ingredients. A serene and encouraging environment for healing is created by the property’s infinity pool, yoga hall, fitness center, counselling rooms, meditation places, pottery workshop, projection room, and leisure facilities.

Manun Thakur, founder and CEO of Veda Rehabilitation & Wellness stated, “We built Veda to heal, not just treat. Sikkim provided just what we wanted the cosiness and warmth of home combined with the freshness of abroad. It seemed like the ideal setting for our next chapter, surrounded by forests, the Himalayas, and a tranquillity that is hard to find elsewhere. This expansion is significant and intentional since the North East has a rising need for high-quality mental health and rehabilitation services.”

In order to make individualised, wellness-led recovery more widely available throughout India, Veda intends to keep expanding its network of first-rate rehabilitation and wellness centers through flagship locations and satellite facilities.
