IHG Hotels & Resorts Signs Garner Jagdalpur with United Hospitality Management.
The brand has entered the state of Chhattisgarh with the signing of a franchise deal for Garner Jagdalpur, according to IHG Hotels & Resorts. One of IHG’s reputable third-party management firms in India, United Hospitality Management (UHM), will oversee the 117-key hotel, which will be built by Freedom Hospitality. The hotel, which is scheduled to debut in 2029 and is situated in Jagdalpur in the Bastar region of Chhattisgarh, intends to take advantage of the city’s growing economic momentum.
