Hyatt and Brigade Group have announced two South Indian properties.

The Grand Hyatt Chennai ECR and Hyatt House Bengaluru Devanahalli, two new properties in South India, have been signed by Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Brigade Group. This is a strategic expansion of Hyatt’s presence in important high-growth markets.
Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited and Hyatt inked a management contract for the Grand Hyatt Chennai ECR, a prestigious beachfront hotel on India’s picturesque southeast coast. The Grand Hyatt Chennai ECR is scheduled to open on a large beachfront property in 2029. It will provide a luxurious and immersive stay with approximately 200 guest rooms, five different dining options, including a signature restaurant, two speciality restaurants, a pool bar, a lobby lounge, wellness amenities, and several elegant event spaces. The hotel’s amenities will accommodate high-end leisure and business visitors and are perfect for MICE, wedding buyouts, and staycations.
Hyatt and BCV Developers Private Limited inked a management contract for the Hyatt House Bengaluru Devanahalli. The 135 serviced apartments in this greenfield project, which is scheduled to open in 2027, are intended for both long-term stays and quick vacations. The serviced apartments will serve the rapidly expanding Devanahalli tech corridor, which includes forthcoming IT Parks, the Aerospace Science Park, and the projected Financial City. Kempegowda International Airport is only 20 minutes away. A swimming pool, a fitness facility, conference areas, a bar and an all-day restaurant are among the amenities.
