Nikhil Malhotra has been appointed Commercial Director at DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square, bolstering the hotel’s executive team as it refines its positioning in the corporate, leisure, and MICE markets.
Malhotra will oversee the hotel’s marketing, sales, and revenue optimisation strategies in this capacity. In order to increase market share, develop strategic alliances, and promote consistent revenue performance across important business segments, he will collaborate closely with the executive team.
Malhotra has worked for top worldwide hotel companies for more than 15 years. He has worked with companies including Accor, Hyatt, The Zuri Group, and Alila Hotels & Resorts throughout his career, developing excellent skills in key account management, market development, commercial planning, and team leadership.
