Roseate Hotels & Resorts signs its first management project in India, Roseate Bhimtal.
The Roseate Bhimtal, a boutique lakefront hotel with a view of Bhimtal Lake in Uttarakhand, has been signed by Roseate Hotels and Resorts, the Bird Group’s luxury hospitality brand. The hotel, which is slated to debut in December 2026, would be the brand’s first management property in India, enhancing its position in the expanding luxury leisure market there.
The Roseate Bhimtal, tucked up in the Kumaon highlands, will include thirty tastefully decorated rooms with unhindered views of the serene lake. The resort will emphasise customised experiences that blend wellness, the outdoors, and elegant hospitality.
Travellers looking for a tranquil mountain escape can easily reach the property, which is around five hours away by road from Delhi, forty-five minutes from Nainital, and one hour from Pantnagar Airport. The resort seeks to provide an immersive setting focused on leisure and quiet luxury, surrounded by wooded hills and the serene waters of Bhimtal Lake.
