The Lind Hotels adds properties in Coron and Siargao to its portfolio.

When it opens in 2027, the Coron hotel will serve tourists looking for upscale ecotourism and committed leisure. The Lind Siargo is in the works after Coron.
A major expansion plan has been unveiled by the independent Filipino luxury company Lind Hotels, which will move from a single flagship resort to a carefully chosen portfolio of several islands. With Coron and Siargao scheduled to debut next year, the Lind Hotels are growing beyond Boracay. This strategic expansion, which targets high-value leisure and speciality markets, includes new developments in Coron and Siargao that are defined by a guest-centric and flexible strategy.
Pierre Henrichs, COO of The Lind Hotels, stated, “The question we always ask ourselves is simple: if we were the guest, what would we enjoy. Everything we’ve built has been guided by that mindset, and it continues to shape how we grow.”
The Lind Coron, which is scheduled to open next year, marks the start of the next phase. The Coron property, which is situated on a remote peninsula, will provide a private, villa-led experience. With a dive center and wellness amenities, it is intended to match Boracay’s lifestyle dynamic with a concentration on solitude. It will serve tourists looking for upscale ecotourism and committed leisure.
The Lind Siargao is an example of a comparable strategic market entry after Coron. The Lind Hotels will be able to get a head start in the country thanks to this development.
Henrichs explained, “We decided to stay independent because it allows us to move quickly, adapt, and build something that truly reflects who we are. We are not attempting to expand everywhere at once. We want to complete it correctly, step by step.”
The Lind Boracay has long been the cornerstone of the brand, situated on the portion of Station 1 White Beach on the island of the Philippines. Being the first hotel on the island to be listed in the Michelin Guide, the establishment has built a reputation for providing individualised service and excellent operations.
The brand’s goals go beyond what is already in the pipeline. Henrichs continued, “We’ve created something in Boracay that people connect with. Maintaining that same spirit independent, flexible, and constantly shaped around the guest is the priority as we expand into Coron and Siargao.”
