In India, Vietjet forms strategic alliances with Bird Group and GMR Airports.

To promote cooperation in aviation infrastructure, services, technology, and connectivity between the two nations, Vietjet has inked strategic cooperation agreements with GMR Airports Limited and Bird Group, two of India’s top businesses. During General Secretary and President of Vietnam To Lam’s state visit to India, the ceremony was held at the India-Vietnam Business Forum.

In addition to strengthening economic, trade, and people-to-people contact between the two nations in a new stage of development, the agreements open the door for extensive cooperation between Vietnam and India in the areas of aviation, logistics, infrastructure, technology, and tourism.

Vietjet and GMR Airports Limited will look into ways to work together to improve air connectivity, airport infrastructure, logistics, aviation services, smart airports, and long-term investment projects under the partnership framework. In the meanwhile, Vietjet’s collaboration with Bird Group will concentrate on ground handling services, aviation technology, training, travel, and hospitality with the goal of improving passenger experience and service quality.

Over 2.5 million people have been served between the two nations by Vietjet’s 25 routes and roughly 80 weekly flights thus far.
