The Japan Travel Fair 2026 in Gurugram is announced by JNTO Delhi
The Japan Travel Fair 2026, a two-day consumer-focused event, has been announced by the Japan National Tourism Organisation (JNTO) Delhi office. It will take place at Ambience Mall in Gurugram on January 31 and February 1, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Designed as an immersive tourism showcase, the expo offers on-site trip planning assistance and captivating cultural experiences in an effort to motivate Indian tourists by showcasing Japan’s varied attractions, seasonal experiences, flight connectivity, and travel choices. All attendees will be admitted free of charge. Ten co-exhibitor booths at Japan Travel Fair 2026 will bring together top partners from India and Japan to showcase carefully planned itineraries that blend genuine regional extensions with Japan’s famous Golden Route. All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd., Bic Camera, Inc., East Japan Railway Company (JR East), Japan Airlines Co., Ltd., JR Central Hotels, MakeMyTrip Limited, Pickyourtrail, SOTC Travel Limited, Thomas Cook (India) Limited (TCIL), and Central Japan International Airport Co., Ltd. (CJIAC) are among the participating exhibitors. Together, these partners will offer Indian tourists extensive access to Japan, including flight schedules, travel packages, seasonal highlights, and insightful information about the country’s regions. The topic of the event will be “Japanese Ennichi,” a traditional festival fair that is frequently hosted in Japanese shrines and temples and is renowned for its lively ambiance, food vendors, games, and cultural events. Traditional games including ring tossing (Wanage), fortune slips (Omikuji), Super Ball Sukui, and gun shooting (Shateki) are among the activities that visitors can anticipate taking part in. Additionally, the expo will offer guests Instagram-worthy experiences with a specialised photo booth and a cherry blossom tree placed within Japanese-themed virtual environments.
