Reclaim expands baggage delivery services to major Miami airports.

A start-up company called Reclaim, which specialises in supply chain, logistics, transportation, and storage solutions, is growing its business into Miami and the surrounding metropolitan area. The company will start implementing its luggage delivery services for travellers using Miami International Airport (MIA) and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) in phases starting in late February.
Reclaim will provide carry-on baggage transportation from a passenger’s home straight to the pre-security airport lobby during the first phase. In an effort to further streamline the airport experience for both business and leisure passengers, the company intends to launch its Remote Luggage Check-in service by spring. With the goal of making travel through busy hubs easier, the expansion focuses on two of the most important aviation gateways in the US.
With more than 90 airlines, Miami International Airport is the second-busiest international gateway in the United States and the primary hub for travel to Latin America and the Caribbean. In 2025, it handled over 55.3 million passengers. Over 135 destinations, 25 airlines, and about 35 million passengers use Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport each year.
“After launching our luggage delivery service in Atlanta, the first ever in North America, back in January, we are ready to revolutionise baggage handling in Miami’s metropolitan area,” stated Akmann Van-Mary, CEO and founder of Reclaim, in reference to the expansion. Every year, a large number of people visit Greater Miami, including cruise passengers, concertgoers, sports fans, and business and leisure travellers drawn by the area’s beaches, shopping centers, and lively cultural scene. In addition to helping airports, airlines, and lodging providers improve the customer experience and generate more ancillary revenue.
Baggage can be picked up up to six hours before departure, and travellers can schedule the service on helloreclaim.com. Tamper-proof tracking tags are used to seal each bag, allowing for real-time tracking via Reclaim’s mobile app, SMS, or email updates. Basic insurance is included, with alternatives for more comprehensive coverage, and the service complies with TSA regulations.
Reclaim continues to work with the Transportation Security Administration throughout North America and has worked with SITA to connect the service with current airport systems in order to support its technological architecture.
Reclaim’s expansion strategy, which was first introduced at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, involves collaborations with hotels, airlines, credit card providers, and reward programs in addition to additional US and Canadian cities. Large-scale events like the 2026 FIFA World Cup and the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles, as well as important conferences and athletic events where baggage handling is still a significant operational burden, will be supported by the service.
