Singapore Airlines to Launch Daily Flights to Western Sydney International Airport in November.
Subject to regulatory clearances, Singapore Airlines (SIA) will begin daily nonstop flights between Singapore and the future Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport (WSI) on November 23, 2026. The airline will fly its medium-haul Airbus A350-900, which has 303 seats divided between two cabin classes: 263 in Economy Class and 40 in Business Class.
On November 23, 2026, the first flight, SQ201, is set to depart Singapore at 11:30 (local time) and arrive at 22:20 (local time). On November 24, 2026, the return flight, SQ202, is planned to take off from Western Sydney International Airport at 2355 hours (local time) and land in Singapore at 0505 hours (local time). The airline will run five daily flights to Sydney, Australia’s financial center and important entry point, in addition to SIA’s four-times-daily services to Sydney Kingsford Smith International Airport.
SIA will now serve eight Australian destinations with the addition of Western Sydney International. Three Australian locations are served by SIA’s low-cost subsidiary, Scoot.
