IndiGo introduces an airport transfer service called “Cabs with IndiGo.”
With the introduction of “Cabs with IndiGo,” a specialised airport transfer service designed to give passengers dependable, punctual, and hassle-free access to and from airports around India, IndiGo has broadened its travel ecosystem.
The new service, which is integrated with the airline’s IndiGo BluChip loyalty program, enables users to earn five IndiGo BluChips for every ₹100 spent on airport taxi reservations, enabling consumers to accrue reward points throughout their whole trip.
The launch is a component of IndiGo’s larger plan to provide a smooth travel experience outside of air travel. The airline already provides access to over 700,000 hotel stay alternatives and carefully chosen tourism excursions in addition to flight reservations. Its integrated travel platform is further strengthened by the addition of airport shuttles.
Cabs with IndiGo, powered by Mojoboxx, was created to solve typical issues that air passengers have, such as erratic taxi availability, spike pricing, and last-minute cancellations.
The ability to book a taxi for ₹49, 100% confirmed rides with guaranteed pick-up, transparent pricing without surge fares, free cancellation until the scheduled pick-up time, and 30 minutes of free waiting time to account for flight delays or other travel uncertainties are some of the service’s key features.
In order to facilitate a smooth transition between air and ground travel, the service is built to offer dependable transportation for both airport arrivals and departures.
